SA2020 vs SA2025 — Which Do You Need?

Snell SA2025 is the latest Snell motorsport helmet standard and is acceptable in NZ and AU; SA2020 remains relevant where current rules permit it. The model's label, your category and the current MotorSport NZ Schedule A or Motorsport Australia regulations determine what is accepted for your event. Neither standard is a blanket approval for every category. Ask your event organiser if unsure.

Wired Off-Road — What Does It Mean?

Pyrotect wired off-road models have wiring for compatible helmet communications. The connector and adapter must match your particular radio or intercom system. Harris Race Radios can help check the connection before you buy.
