Aaron Harris Motorsport Career
Overview
Aaron Harris is a New Zealand racing driver from Paraparaumu with experience spanning grassroots racing through to international endurance events including Bathurst, Dubai, and Barcelona. Race Engineer for International Motorsport, Earl Bamber Motorsport, and Matt Stone Racing. Aaron started racing at the tender age of 2½ years old in BMX, attending 2 World Championships and gaining a world ranking of 5th. He also competed in MX on a Honda 125cc, Speedway, and Karting before beginning his car racing career.

Aaron began his racing career in the Mazda RX7 (Pro7) series, a key grassroots category in New Zealand, becoming the first NZ champion in 1999–2000.

Aaron is the New Zealand contact for AiM Data logging, Boat he has a world of experience.

Giving Back to the Sport
Aaron is heavily involved in helping Motorsport New Zealand understand, advise on, and interpret FIA and MSNZ rules. This is also part of his work as a licence examiner for MSNZ, particularly in critical areas such as helmets, racewear, FHR, HANS, and hybrid devices.
PRI Annual Participation
Aaron regularly attends the annual PRI Show at Indianapolis, attending all trade seminars and training sessions to stay current with the latest from companies like Stilo, Bell, Schuberth, Schroth, Impact, Pyrotect, Rugged Radios, Chillout, and more.
