Choose the Bell forced-air intake or nozzle that matches your helmet and hose setup, rather than ordering by helmet family alone. This listing includes top-air and top eye-port intake options for selected Bell 5, 6 and 7 Series helmets, plus some 6 Series nozzle components. The top-air intake directs supplied air over the crown; the eye-port versions direct air towards the visor to help manage fogging. The exact fit depends on your helmet model, intake location, hole pattern, nozzle diameter and connector.

Choose the right option

• 5 & 7 Series top air: 10-hole options include carbon Quick Lock 23 mm (2070140) and clear 31 mm (2070319).
• 5 & 7 Series top eye-port: 6-hole 23 mm (2070100); carbon 31 mm V05 (2070092); 8-hole carbon Quick Lock (2070120), 31 mm (2070112) and low-profile Quick Lock (2070171).
• 6 Series: top-air nozzle choices include 31 mm (2070312) and 23 mm (2070313); an HP6/GT6 cover-plate and clear V05 nozzle option is 2070316.

These are distinct selections, not one universal kit. Check the option label and the compatibility chart below against the exact helmet before ordering. Bell HP5, HP7, RS7-family, GT5-family and GT6 names appear across the range, but that does not mean every intake fits every version of those helmets. Not every option is held in stock; ask us to confirm fit and availability if uncertain.

Installation and hose connection

The compatible intake kits use a strong double-sided adhesive mounting method. Follow the supplied fitting instructions and confirm surface preparation and placement for your helmet; do not assume a standalone nozzle has the same fitting process. A standard V05 nozzle can be paired with the Maglock magnetic quick-release connection in the matching configuration. Quick Lock and angled V05 options require their corresponding hose connection, so check your existing hose before selecting.

Do I need a Maglock adapter?

A compatible standard V05 nozzle can connect with the matching Maglock system. Other nozzle choices, including Quick Lock, need their corresponding connection. Confirm your hose and nozzle combination before ordering.
