Shipping policy

New Zealand: Local shipping rates are shown at checkout. Delivered by NZ Couriers or Post Haste. Delivery time: 1-7 days. Free local pickup is also available from 15 Michael Road, Paraparaumu 5032.

Australia: Shipping is calculated from the estimated packed weight of the items in your basket. Your shipping price is shown in AUD at checkout, and adding items can move the order into the next weight band. Orders over 20kg need a separately priced shipping quote before purchase; please contact HRR. Some products are available for New Zealand delivery only. Delivered by Asendia, DHL Express or FedEx. Delivery time: 7-14 days.

United States: Standard shipping costs $49.95 USD ($99.95 for heavy or oversized items). Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. For US orders we may need to contact you after checkout with a final freight quote. If you are not happy with the final freight cost, we can cancel and refund your order.

Import duties, taxes and tariffs: International customers are responsible for any import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or carrier charges applied by their country or carrier. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping rate paid at checkout.
