Open-face helmets are allowed in some junior Speedway grades, not every grade. Before purchasing this Pyrotect helmet for NZ or Australian Speedway, the purchaser must check the current rules themselves for their exact grade, age group, governing body and event, including permitted helmet style, certification and FHR requirements. An SA2025 label does not override a class's full-face requirement.

The current eligible Snell SA standards for NZ and Australian Speedway are SA2020 and SA2025, not SA2010 or SA2015. Australian Speedway's SA2015 cut-off was 1 July 2026. Eligible FIA helmets, including higher FIA specifications accepted for Australian Speedway, are alternative options where the exact homologation and helmet style meet class rules.
