Quick Reference — Current Stilo Intercom Systems

Use the manufacturer's instructions for the exact model, firmware and supplied configuration. The overview below helps identify the relevant functions; it does not replace the model-specific manual.

Stilo DG-20

The current Stilo digital intercom flagship, superseding the DG-10. Programmable via the free DG-20 smartphone app (Android and Apple). Key controls:

  • Stage/Road mode: Selects between stage mode (blocks phone and radio) and road mode (enables Bluetooth phone and radio interface)
  • Noise cancellation: Set independently for driver and co-driver via dual digital filters — adjustable through the DG-20 app
  • Volume: Individual controls for driver and co-driver
  • Camera connection: RCA output for on-board camera recording
  • Radio interface: Input for team radio (road mode only)
  • USB-C port: Firmware updates via laptop
  • App: Download the DG-20 app (Android or Apple) for full configuration, saved profiles, and firmware updates

Stilo DG WL-10 Wireless Intercom

  • Noise cancellation levels: Press DIG button to select from 0 (low) to 4 (high) for both driver and co-driver independently
  • Volume adjustment: Use + or − to adjust; value displayed on WL-10
  • Stage/Road mode: Road mode enables Bluetooth phone connectivity; stage mode disables phone and radio
  • Wireless range: Up to 10 metres from intercom box

Stilo WL Key

  • Helmet pairing: Pair one helmet at a time. With the key switched off, hold its centre button for 8 seconds until the blue and red LEDs flash. Then hold the corresponding helmet button on the intercom for 8 seconds to pair.
  • Push-to-talk (radio only): In road mode, hold the key's centre button. A tone confirms the press; radio transmission starts after approximately 1 second and continues until the button is released. The red confirmation LED lights on the intercom.
  • Mute function: Press − for 2 seconds to mute; any key to unmute
  • Charging and runtime: USB lead included. Stilo currently quotes up to 5 hours of continuous talk time; the linked Revision 1 instructions list 4 hours and approximately 1.5 hours to recharge from low battery. Recharge fully before use and plan charging breaks around your unit's actual runtime.
