Rex Harris radio credentials

Rex Harris is an RSM Approved Radio Engineer (ARE127) and Approved Radio Certifier (ARC127). Radio Spectrum Management (RSM), part of MBIE, approves the people who can certify radio licences in New Zealand.

What it means for you

Rex can certify radio licences under the Radiocommunications Act 1989. When we set up your team's radios, the frequencies and licence are done properly.

Why RSM's list says ARC 127

RSM upgraded Rex to Approved Radio Engineer in June 2020, after its ARC to ARE workshop on 11 March 2020. His approved person number stayed the same, 127. RSM's public list still shows his certifier ID, ARC 127. RSM's approval letter of 4 June 2020 (PDF) confirms the upgrade.
