The MyLaps TR2 Transponder Holder is the correct mounting solution for TR2, Classic, and Flex transponders across car, motorbike, motocross, and kart racing. It securely clips your transponder to your vehicle in the correct orientation for reliable timing reads — no improvised mounts, no missed laps.
Please note: Not compatible with X2 transponders. If you have an X2 transponder, see the MyLaps X2 Transponder Holder instead.

Why Correct Mounting Matters
MyLaps transponders must be mounted no more than 60 cm above the ground and as vertically as possible to ensure reliable reads at the timing loop. An improvised or incorrect mount risks missed laps, incorrect results, or transponder damage. The TR2 Holder is designed to position the unit correctly every time, with a secure clip that won't work loose under racing conditions.
