Shell — Ultra-Lightweight Carbon Fibre

The WRX Venti Dirt Carbon benefits from the most recent evolution of Stilo's in-house developed carbon fibre — lighter and stronger than the previous material used. Three shell sizes cover the full size range with shell-specific weights:

• Medium Shell (L 59, XL 61): ~1,480 g
• Large Shell (XXL 63, XXXL 64): ~1,570 g

Visor — Full-Length with Perimeter Seal & Locking Pin

The WRX Dirt version is supplied with a full-length clear visor with a perimeter seal and a locking pin to fully close the visor — sealing your face away from mud, dust, and debris in off-road environments. The visor locking system has been revised in line with the latest, tougher FIA regulations. The wider and taller visor aperture improves peripheral vision by +34% over the ST5, giving drivers and co-drivers significantly better situational awareness on stage.

WRC Rally Communications

Featuring Stilo's renowned rally comms — a noise-cancelling microphone, padded ear cups with speakers, and the standardised Venti intercom jack plug moulded deeper into the shell for a secure, reliable connection. Compatible with Stilo WL wireless (WL-10, WL-Key) and wired DG/WRC intercoms. All the quality built-in communications used in World Championship rallying, with the versatility to be used across many different disciplines.

Ventilation

The top of the shell is drilled for optimum ventilation and can be fitted with a top-air duct for air-conditioned cooling — essential for hot and dusty off-road environments.

Improved linings for better comfort and safety. The interior has been redesigned to improve fit stability and reduce fatigue over long events.
