Chillout Systems Coolant Formula is a 1.5 L concentrate used in compatible Chillout driver coolers. It provides the circulating coolant for the cooler’s liquid-cooling circuit.

Coolant formula only. The cooler, garment, hoses and fittings are not included.

Coolant for your driver cooler

The existing product specification describes this formula as a non-toxic, biodegradable concentrate for Quantum cooling systems. Follow the product label and current cooler instructions for handling, dilution, suitable mixing water and filling. Do not assume concentrate can be used neat or that the bottle volume equals your cooler’s required fill volume.

Confirm the specified coolant for your exact cooler model before use. Do not substitute automotive coolant or mix formulas unless the cooler manufacturer expressly permits it.

Replacement and cooler maintenance

The existing Chillout guidance recommends replacing the formula at least once per season to help prevent organic growth within the cooling circuit. Follow any more frequent requirements in your cooler’s current instructions.

Use the manufacturer’s draining, cleaning, filling and commissioning procedures. Inspect connections and check for leaks before operation. An iceless cooler still requires coolant care and routine inspection.
