Chillout Revolution 3-Inch Brushless Blower – 310 CFM

The Chillout Revolution 3-inch brushless blower provides adjustable airflow for compatible motorsport ducted-air installations. Its listed range is 30–310 CFM, allowing airflow adjustment to suit the installation rather than running at maximum output continuously.

The airflow and current figures are listed operating ranges, not a guarantee of delivered airflow at a particular current in every installation. Confirm the supply voltage, wiring, protection and control requirements in the current manufacturer instructions.

Choose by duct size and installed airflow

This is the 3-inch Revolution model. The separate 4-inch Revolution 420 CFM blower has a different duct size and airflow specification. The Club Series blower listing is another series with its own 3-inch and 4-inch specifications. Do not treat the models as interchangeable on their names alone.

Check the duct route, bends, restrictions and required airflow at the cooler or outlet. A maximum CFM rating alone does not establish airflow through a complete duct system.

Blower versus air plenum

The blower moves air. The separate 3-inch carbon-fibre plenum provides a 90° duct connection and does not generate airflow. That plenum’s existing guidance calls for a suitable 3-inch blower rated at least 175 CFM; confirm mounting compatibility and the full airflow requirements before combining components.

Plan an appropriate air source and a clear discharge path so the cooler does not repeatedly draw in its own heated exhaust. Follow manufacturer mounting instructions and keep ducting and wiring clear of controls, harnesses and the driver’s exit path.

Installation scope

This is the blower listing, not a complete cooler or ducting package. Confirm any controller, wiring, duct hose, clamps and mounting hardware required for your installation before ordering. The blower does not refrigerate air or circulate garment coolant.
