Chillout Revolution 4-Inch Brushless Blower – 420 CFM

The Chillout Revolution 4-inch brushless blower provides adjustable airflow from a listed 30–420 CFM for compatible motorsport ducted-air installations. Choose this model where the installation calls for its 4-inch duct connection and airflow capability, with sufficient space for the complete duct route.

When comparing the 4-inch and 3-inch models

This is the 4-inch, 420 CFM Revolution listing. The separate 3-inch Revolution blower is listed at up to 310 CFM and uses a different duct size. The Club Series blower listing covers another series with its own specifications.

Select according to the cooler’s airflow requirements, available duct diameter, mounting clearance and electrical capacity. Do not choose by maximum CFM alone or reduce the duct size without assessing the resulting restriction.

Airflow routing and installation

Plan an appropriate air source and a discharge path for heat. Avoid feeding heated cooler exhaust back into the intake. Duct length, bends, adapters and inlet restrictions can reduce delivered airflow.

The blower moves air; it does not refrigerate it or circulate garment coolant. Check the cooler manufacturer’s installation requirements, including any suitable plenum or adapter, before combining components. A 4-inch blower does not establish compatibility with every cooler intake.

Secure the blower using the manufacturer’s mounting instructions. Keep wiring and ducting clear of hot components, controls, harnesses and the driver’s exit path. Allow access for inspection and servicing.
