Chillout Club Series 12 V Blower Fan – 3-Inch / 4-Inch

The Chillout Club Series blower fan provides 12 V DC airflow for compatible motorsport ducted-cooling and ventilation installations. Choose the listed 3-inch 180 CFM or 4-inch 285 CFM version according to your ducting and installation requirements.

Choose one of the available size options; the two versions are not supplied together. Airflow ratings do not guarantee the same flow through a complete duct route. Check the label and current manufacturer instructions for exact current draw, cable sizing, fuse protection and control requirements.

Club Series versus Revolution blowers

This page covers the Club Series 12 V blower options. The separate 3-inch Revolution brushless blower lists adjustable airflow up to 310 CFM, while the 4-inch Revolution brushless blower lists up to 420 CFM. Compare each model’s specifications rather than treating all Chillout blowers as the same product.

Plan the installed airflow

Match duct diameter, available mounting clearance and the cooler’s required airflow. Bends, hose length, adapters and intake restrictions affect delivered flow. Provide a suitable air source and heat-discharge path so the cooler does not recirculate its own heated exhaust.

The blower moves air; it does not refrigerate air or circulate garment coolant. For the 3-inch carbon-fibre plenum, the existing requirement is a suitable 3-inch blower rated at least 175 CFM. The 3-inch Club Series rating is 180 CFM, but that rating alone does not prove adequate airflow through every installation. Confirm the complete arrangement with us.

Installation and package scope

Follow the manufacturer’s mounting and electrical instructions. Secure wiring and ducts away from hot components, controls, harnesses and the driver’s exit path. Do not assume an installation requires no modifications or specialist tools.
