The Stilo ST6 F Offshore Helmet is a high-visibility orange composite helmet designed for offshore and powerboat racing, listed with FIA 8859-2024 and Snell SA2025 labels. Integrated Stilo radio electronics and a dynamic noise-cancelling microphone help crews communicate in a noisy cockpit. Confirm the label on the physical helmet and the helmet, communications and restraint requirements of your specific event before ordering.

The composite shell, communications and airflow are designed for long, noisy offshore events. Compare its fit and shell weight in your size, rather than relying on a single quoted weight. SA2025 is the current Snell motorsport helmet standard accepted by MotorSport NZ and Motorsport Australia. That acceptance does not establish offshore or powerboat event approval: check the governing body's rules for your event, the helmet's physical label, condition and fitted configuration.
Sizes and Fit
Listed sizes: XS (54), S (55), M (57), L (58), L (59), XL (61), XXL (63), XXXL (64). Measure the widest head circumference above the ears and use the exact Stilo size chart. A racing helmet should fit securely without harmful pressure or movement; do not automatically size down if between sizes. Ask about shell shape and fit before ordering.
Audio Connector — How It Works
Select the connector option for your intercom or radio. Harris Race Radios™ can match the chosen setup before dispatch; confirm connector and earpiece compatibility rather than assuming all systems interchange.
- EarMuff / speakers: padded ear cups with speakers and passive noise isolation for a loud cockpit.
- Stilo earbud connector: proprietary Stilo push-lock connection; third-party earpieces may need an adapter.
- 3.5 mm mono: an option for suitable aftermarket earpieces; check your equipment's pinout and connector.
- RCA: for compatible systems; check the input before selecting.

Rex Harris's NZ RSM Approved Radio Certifier authority concerns radios, not helmet certification. Aaron Harris is an active racing driver and race engineer, and a MotorSport NZ Licence Examiner for licences only. His licence role does not certify helmets or establish eligibility for offshore, powerboat or circuit events. Ask us about fit and communications, then check the current technical rules with your event organiser.

Is the ST6 F Offshore approved for offshore and powerboat racing in NZ and AU?
Its listed FIA 8859-2024 and Snell SA2025 labels do not by themselves establish eligibility for an offshore or powerboat event. SA2025 is accepted by MotorSport NZ and Motorsport Australia for motorsport; confirm the separate governing-body rules for your offshore class and the physical helmet label.
Does this helmet include HANS posts?
Post receptacles are fitted, but FHR posts are not included. Ask us about compatible hardware and installation.
Can I use it with my existing radio or intercom?
