The Rugged Radios RRP6100 Pro Race Intercom is built for demanding offroad and motorsport communication. It keeps driver and co-driver connected with independent audio control, radio-ready connectivity, RF protection and flexible microphone and speaker support. It is a strong fit for Trophy Trucks, Class 1, Ultra4 and similar race vehicles where clear crew communication matters.

Choose the right RRP6100 option

• Without DSP chip: the standard RRP6100 intercom.
• Add Noise Cancelling DSP Chip: adds Digital Speech Processor noise reduction for clearer speech in high-noise vehicles. The DSP option requires two chips per intercom, and the installation fee is waived when purchased with the unit.

The RRP6100 is an intercom component, so the complete system must be matched to the vehicle, radio, helmet wiring and driver audio hardware. It supports a broad range of dynamic microphones and speaker or earbud arrangements, but that does not mean every helmet cable or connector is interchangeable. Confirm your existing setup before ordering, especially when replacing an STX Stereo system or mixing Rugged Radios components with other brands.

This is communications equipment, not a helmet, harness or head-and-neck restraint. Helmet certification and safety-device requirements are separate from intercom fitment. Does the RRP6100 work with every helmet?
