The Bell MAG-10 Ultra Carbon Rally WW Helmet is a premium open face rally helmet designed to deliver exceptional communication, lightweight protection, and all-day comfort for professional drivers and co-drivers. Featuring advanced wired and wireless intercom capability, it automatically transitions between connection modes to maintain clear communication both inside and outside the vehicle.

Constructed from an ultra-lightweight carbon fibre shell, the MAG-10 Ultra Carbon Rally WW offers outstanding strength while significantly reducing weight and driver fatigue during long rally stages. FIA 8859-2024 homologated and Snell SA2025 certified — accepted by MSNZ and Motorsport Australia.

Communication System

The helmet features a built-in wireless intercom module, battery, and ZeroNoise digital noise-cancelling technology.

  • When used wired, it connects to most intercom amplifiers with a Nexus connector
  • For full wired and wireless operation, the helmet must be used with the ZeroNoise Fearless WW Amplifier

Important: Even when used in wired mode, the helmet battery must be charged for the system to operate.

Custom Interior Options

Standard helmets are supplied with a grey interior. Optional custom lining colours: White, Red, Purple, Blue, Green, Tan, Pink, Orange, and Neon Yellow.

  • Custom interior colours are special order items
  • 100% non-refundable deposit required at time of order
  • Estimated lead time: 7–8 weeks
  • Custom helmets are non-returnable

Sizing Note

This helmet range includes a 61+ size, approximately 0.5cm larger than a standard size 61.
