Why Choose the Package?

For circuit, track-day and speedway drivers whose class rules call for this equipment, the benefit is a coordinated helmet-and-restraint selection with posts fitted, rather than guessing which separate parts work together. Match the helmet to your head shape and fit, and the restraint to your neck measurement, seat angle and harness. It is not a universal package for every discipline or driving position.

The base price is NZ$1,037 for either restraint size. Audio upgrades are optional. Radio, race-control receiver, intercom and additional system interface cables are not included. Listed totals exclude shipping.

Choose Your Helmet Size

Listed helmet sizes: XS (55 cm), S (56 cm), M (57 cm), L (58–59 cm), XL (60–61 cm) and XXL (62–63 cm). Measure around the widest part of your head above the eyebrows, then check for snug, even fit without painful pressure points or excessive movement. These labels are not broad size ranges; contact us if you are between sizes. Correct fit comes before choosing a communications option.

Choose Your HANS Size and Check Seat Angle

Helmet size and restraint size are independent. The standalone Stand21 Club listing gives M/L for a collar measurement of 15–18 inches (38–45.5 cm) and L/XL above 18 inches (above 45.5 cm). This package's selector uses Medium and Large; confirm the exact supplied size against the manufacturer's guide rather than choosing by helmet size.

The listed Stand21 Club device has a 20° recline intended for upright seating positions such as many saloon cars. Confirm the angle against your actual seat and harness geometry. A more reclined driving position may require a different restraint. The helmet, posts, tethers, restraint, harness and seat must work together.

Choose Your Optional Helmet Audio

No Audio Upgrade: empty speaker cups, without speakers or a microphone. Leave Helmet Audio Upgrade unselected or choose this option for the base package.

One-way speakers: listening only through a compatible receiver. Select stereo for the appropriate Nitro Bee model or mono for the appropriate receiver. Confirm the exact receiver connector and wiring before ordering.

Two-way audio: a microphone and speaker kit added to the base helmet package for a compatible radio or intercom. This is not a substitution of the standalone factory integrated-comms helmet. Confirm microphone requirements, connectors and any additional interface equipment. Gallery photos showing speakers or a communications lead illustrate audio-equipped configurations, not the no-audio base package.

In circuit racing, a timely pit call about a fluid leak, flat tyre or loose panel can help a driver respond before a problem becomes more costly. For NZ circuit setups, plan two-way pit-to-car communications together with reception of the event's one-way race-control instructions. Australia uses Race Management Channel (RMC) terminology. Match the radio configuration to the event; helmet speakers alone do not add a receiver or race-control channel, and competitors must not transmit on a listen-only officials' channel.

Certification and Competition Requirements

Snell SA2025 is the latest Snell motorsport helmet standard. The included Stand21 Club device is listed to FIA 8858-2010, with honeycomb-thermoplastic construction, sliding tethers and shoulder padding. Check the physical labels on the supplied helmet and restraint, the installation instructions and current MotorSport NZ, Motorsport Australia or relevant speedway rules for your exact class. Final eligibility also depends on equipment condition, age, harness and installation requirements.
