The Stilo Sport Jet Open Face Rally Helmet is Stilo's entry-level clubman motorsport helmet — 100% made in Italy, built from a Kevlar/fibreglass multi-sandwich composite shell, and certified to FIA 8859-2015 and Snell SA2020. Factory-fitted HANS posts, adjustable peak, and five sizes make it ready to compete straight out of the box.

Two shell sizes covering five helmet sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL) for an optimised fit. Lightweight and impact-resistant — 100% made in Italy by the Stilo factory. Presented in a gloss white shell with matching white peak and Stilo branding.

Certifications — FIA 8859-2015 & Snell SA2020

The Sport Jet carries FIA 8859-2015 homologation for international rally and circuit use, and Snell SA2020 certification — accepted by Motorsport Australia (CAMS) and Motorsport New Zealand (MSNZ) for club and regional events where this certification level is permitted.

Comms Compatibility

The Sport Jet does not include a factory intercom or ear muffs. It is compatible with Stilo's open face WRC electronics kit for those wishing to add comms. Note: the Sport Jet is not suitable for especially noisy environments without ear muffs — for noisy stage rally use, see the Venti4 Trophy Jet or Venti4 WRC Composite with noise-attenuating ear cups.
