Which tube length should I choose?

Choose 30cm if your hydration bag will be mounted close to the helmet. Choose 100cm if you need a longer run, such as routing to a bag mounted in the rear of the car.

Does my helmet need special preparation?

Yes — your Stilo helmet needs to have the factory drinking system preparation (pre-drilled port and internal routing). Most ST5, ST6 and Venti WRC helmets include this. Check your helmet spec or contact Aaron Harris on +64 27 449 9654 to confirm.

Do I need anything else to complete the system?

Yes — this kit covers the helmet side only. You will also need the Stilo 1.5L Hydration Bag + Tube + Female Quick Coupling to complete the full drinking system.

Stilo Helmet Drinking System Kit — ST5, ST6 & Venti WRC

Genuine Stilo helmet drinking system kit containing all the helmet-side components needed for in-helmet hydration. Designed for Stilo ST5, ST6 and Venti WRC helmets with factory drinking system preparation, this kit lets you stay hydrated during endurance races and hot-weather events without removing your helmet.

The kit includes:

Silicone rubber bite valve with anti-backflow system (YA0601)
Water tube (YA0602) — available in 30cm or 100cm length
Male quick-release coupling (YA0603)

All pipework fits neatly behind the helmet lining — no interior modifications required. The side port (or front chin pad/vent on the ST6 FN) connects directly to the 1.5L Hydration Bag via quick-release connectors.

Choosing Your Tube Length

30cm — for helmets where the hydration bag is mounted close to the helmet (e.g. inside the car cabin near the driver)
100cm — for longer routing, such as when the bag is mounted further away or in the boot/rear of the car
