These are top-of-the-line professional custom-moulded Mono race earbuds for serious motorsport communications. They are made from medical-grade materials using custom ear impressions to create a close, secure fit and high-quality audio performance in high-noise racing environments.

Choose the plug and cable configuration that matches the radio, receiver, transceiver or helmet system. These are a premium custom solution, not a basic replacement earbud.

Choose the correct plug and fitment

• 3.5 mm (1/8-inch): for compatible motorsport helmet kits, blue receivers, Race Radio and transceiver systems.
• RCA: for compatible systems using an RCA connection. Confirm the equipment before ordering.

This product is configured as Mono. For Nitro Bee Xtreme, choose the 3.5 mm version and use the 3.5mm Stereo to Mono Receiver Adapter. The RCA version is not a direct fit for that 3.5 mm adapter. Some helmet kits use Stereo, so confirm the kit and connector requirement before ordering.

Stilo helmets use a special connector and need the correct adapter to work with these earpieces. Use the Stilo helmet-to-ear-plug adapter where required.

Custom mould process

Ear impressions should preferably be made by an audiologist. You can use the custom ear impression kit if you are making the impressions yourself, then send the completed impressions to Harris Race Radios for the custom moulding process.

Allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks for the custom process. Confirm the required plug, colour, cable length and impression instructions before ordering.
