The Harris Race Radios™ Generic Moulded Skeleton Earpieces provide an in-ear listening option for a matching motorsport helmet communication system. Their generic shapes were developed from moulds of several New Zealand drivers, with four sizes and a choice of 3.5mm or RCA connection.

These are pre-sized generic moulded earpieces, not a bespoke pair made from impressions of your own ears. Select the size and connection that suit you and your existing helmet audio setup.

Four sizes and two connector choices

Choose an actual size and connector before ordering. The existing RCA option is labelled “RCA (European)”; that describes the earpiece connection, not compatibility with every European radio or helmet kit.

Match the earpieces to the helmet kit

Match the earpiece plug to the helmet kit's earpiece socket and check its audio wiring. A 3.5mm plug can be wired for different audio arrangements; the comparison photograph shows mono and stereo examples, not a promise that both are supplied. Send us your helmet kit details or connector photographs if you need help choosing.

Fit, comfort and clear communication

In-ear audio keeps pit instructions close to the driver. Clear messages can reduce repeated calls and help the driver respond to strategy changes or warnings about developing vehicle problems. Useful results depend on the complete system, including earpiece fit, microphone positioning, helmet wiring and radio installation.

Select a comfortable size and check it with your helmet on. The earpieces should not create pressure points or disturb helmet fit. Route the cable so it is not pulled when you move your head. This listing makes no certified hearing-protection or noise-reduction-rating claim.
