Stilo ST6 / ST5 Top Air System Kit

Keep your Stilo ST5 or ST6 helmet ventilated and your focus sharp with the Stilo Top Air System Kit. Available in adjustable and non-adjustable versions, with small/medium shell (55–59 cm) and large shell (60–64 cm) options, and your choice of round, oval, or modular connector to suit your car's forced air system.

How It Works

The Top Air System feeds fresh air from your car's ventilation system to both the top of the head and the front of the face, while simultaneously helping keep the inside of the visor clear. Air flows in through the forward feed, is directed over the face and toward the visor, and exits through the rear holes — significantly reducing CO₂ buildup. No drilling or shell modification required.

Modular Connector — Important Note

The Modular Connector (New) variants (SLO-YA0893A small/medium, SLO-YA0894A large) are the current generation and require a separate Stilo Air Intake Fitting — either the YA0895A Right Angle (32mm) or YA0896A Straight (32mm) — to connect to your forced air hose.

The Modular Connector (Legacy) variants are the older generation. We have limited remaining stock and these will not be restocked once sold.

Will this fit my Stilo ST4?
No — the ST5 and ST6 have a different shell shape. You need the ST4-specific Top Air Kit.

Does it fit all ST5 and ST6 models?
Yes — it fits all Stilo ST5 and ST6 models that have a shield.

What is the difference between YA0853 and YA0859?
YA0853 is for small/medium shells (55–59 cm). YA0859 is for large shells (60–64 cm). Both are non-adjustable with a round connector.

What's the difference between adjustable and non-adjustable?
The adjustable version allows you to control airflow volume. The non-adjustable version delivers a fixed airflow rate.

Which connector do I need?
The round connector (0.875") suits the Bell Forced Air Adaptor QL Nozzle and most modern forced air systems. The oval connector suits older or oval-port systems. The modular connector (New — YA0893A/YA0894A) requires a separate YA0895A or YA0896A fitting.

Can it be removed?
Yes — the 3M VHB tape allows removal and repositioning without damaging the helmet finish or most paint jobs, simply by replacing the adhesive.
