The Stilo AE0112 Spare Electronic Kit is a genuine replacement electronics kit for selected Stilo Sport series helmets. It includes the speakers, noise-cancelling microphone, and wiring harness needed to refresh the helmet’s communication system.

It is a practical replacement when existing speakers have deteriorated, the microphone has failed, or the wiring has been damaged through regular motorsport use. Before ordering, confirm the helmet model carefully. Stilo electronics are helmet-specific, and this kit is not a universal replacement.

This is a replacement electronics kit. It does not include a helmet shell, amplifier, radio, intercom, or complete helmet interior unless specifically stated in the selected product option.

Compatibility

The AE0112 is designed for Stilo Sport series helmets. It may be suitable for Sport helmets used in rally, circuit racing, club motorsport, and track-day applications where driver-to-crew or driver-to-co-driver communication is required.

It is not compatible with:

• Stilo WRC helmets
• Stilo Venti4 helmets
• Stilo ST5 helmets
• Stilo ST6 helmets

Installation and Fitment Guidance

Helmet electronics installation is fitment-sensitive. A typical installation involves removing the existing electronics as appropriate, positioning the speakers correctly over the ears, aligning the microphone close to the mouth, routing the harness neatly, and checking the connection with the vehicle intercom or radio system.

The final position matters for both comfort and clear communications. Follow the relevant Stilo instructions and avoid cutting, stretching, or modifying the harness if you are unsure.
