The Impact Carbon Fiber Air Draft OS20™ is engineered for off-road racing, Baja competition, and high-performance motorsport applications where lightweight protection, superior ventilation, and clear communication are essential. Constructed from lightweight carbon fibre and certified to the latest SA2025 standard, the OS20 delivers outstanding comfort, visibility, and performance for demanding racing conditions.

• Lightweight carbon fibre shell helps reduce neck strain and driver fatigue during extended use.
• Offset 20° fresh air inlet provides improved overhead clearance and allows greater freedom of movement for the fresh air hose.
• Triple-channel airflow system directs air across the visor to help reduce fogging and keep dust and contaminants away.
• Air channel design is positioned to avoid interference with microphone performance, maintaining clear communication.
• Wide, low eye port improves peripheral vision and provides an unobstructed view of the dashboard.
• Aerodynamic wicker bill generates additional downforce to help minimise helmet lift at high speeds.
• Integrated chin deflector helps reduce dust entering the helmet while improving airflow management.
• Nomex® eye port gasket helps block debris and provides added thermal protection.
• Removable cheek pads allow for easy cleaning and a more customised fit.
• Compatible with Velcro-mounted helmet skirts for improved sealing (helmet skirt sold separately).
• HNR-ready 6 mm back plate allows easy installation of Head and Neck Restraint systems.

X-Small (52–53cm), Small (54–55cm), Medium (56–57cm), Large (58–59cm), X-Large (60–61cm), XX-Large (62–63cm). Measure the widest circumference of your head above the ears. When in doubt, contact Aaron Harris for sizing advice.

Is the OS20 HNR / HANS compatible?
Yes — the helmet features a 6mm HNR-ready back plate for easy installation of Head and Neck Restraint systems.
