Refresh the ear cushions on a compatible headset with this pair of Rugged Radios Ultimate Comfort gel ear seals. The silicone gel conforms around the ears for a more comfortable seal during long days in the car, pit lane or aircraft. A polyurethane outer layer helps resist cuts and abrasion.

Fit and compatibility

  • Supplied as a pair of replacement ear seals for compatible over-ear headsets.
  • Designed for standard Rugged Radios headset ear cups; the existing product information also lists Harris, DRE, Avcomm and David Clark-style headsets. Ear-cup shapes and mounting methods vary, so compare your current seals or ask us to confirm fit before ordering for another brand.
  • Not compatible with H28 AlphaBass headsets. For that model, see our AlphaBass leather ear seals.

Changing worn seals can help restore the headset's comfort and passive noise seal; it does not change the headset's electronic noise-cancelling specification. These are the ear seals only.
