Chillout Single Tube Connectors (Pair)

This pair of Chillout medical-grade single-tube liquid connectors is for compatible motorsport driver-cooling hose connections. The locking connection helps prevent unintended release, while the connector design helps limit drips during disconnection.

What is included?

• Two single-tube connectors with ¼-inch barb fittings

This listing supplies the connector pair only. A hose assembly, cooling garment and cooler are not included. Confirm the mating fittings required for your particular installation before ordering.

Fitment and connector choice

Check tubing dimensions, mating connector profile and locking arrangement on your existing system. A ¼-inch barb specification alone does not establish compatibility with every hose or cooling garment.

These are single-tube connectors, not the separate Chillout dual-prong connector. Choose the fitting arrangement used by your actual garment and hose rather than assuming the two styles are interchangeable.

Installation and disconnection

Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for tubing attachment, retention and connection. Inspect the fittings, check that the connection is seated and locked, and leak-test the completed circuit before use.

Keep connection points accessible and route hoses away from hot components, sharp edges, controls and the driver’s exit path. Drip-limiting operation does not remove the need to check seals and inspect the system for leakage.

If your installation needs a dedicated breakaway function, discuss the separate Chillout breakaway coupling. Do not assume a locking single-tube connector provides that function.
