Chillout Dual Prong Connector

The Chillout military-grade dual-prong liquid connector links compatible cooling-garment tubing to a driver liquid-cooling hose connection. Its latching design helps retain the connection during use. Check the mating fitting and tubing dimensions on your actual equipment before ordering.

Fitment and connection checks

The existing specification describes connection to cooling garments with ¼-inch tubing through the appropriate adapters. Matching tubing size alone does not establish compatibility: confirm the mating connector profile, latch arrangement and tubing fit.

For a replacement, compare your existing connector and hose ends. For a mixed-brand installation, confirm the required adapters before modifying a shirt or hose. Do not assume this dual-prong fitting is interchangeable with the separate Chillout single-tube connector pair.

Installation and practical use

Follow the manufacturer’s connection and retention instructions. Check that the fitting is correctly seated and latched, then inspect and leak-test the completed coolant circuit before use. Route hoses away from sharp edges, hot components, controls and the driver’s exit path.
