AiM 0–10 Bar Pressure Sensor for Motorsport
The AiM 0–10 bar pressure sensor provides pressure data for compatible motorsport monitoring and data-logging systems. It can be used for fuel pressure, oil pressure, water pressure, or boost-pressure applications where the sensor range and complete AiM installation are suitable.
This is a measurement component, not a standalone display or data logger. The connected AiM device, wiring, calibration, installation point, and channel configuration determine how the pressure data is displayed, recorded, and analysed.
Listed pressure applications
- Fuel pressure monitoring.
- Oil pressure monitoring.
- Water pressure monitoring.
- Boost pressure monitoring.
- 0–10 bar measurement range for compatible applications.
Choose the measurement point and installation hardware for the actual vehicle system. Pressure readings are only useful when the sensor is installed safely, the pressure source is appropriate for the sensor, and the connected AiM system is configured for the correct channel and calibration.
Installation and compatibility
- Confirm the pressure range, pressure medium, fittings, thread, hose or line arrangement, and temperature exposure before installation.
- Use suitable sealing, routing, strain relief, and heat protection for the vehicle application.
- Keep the sensor and wiring away from avoidable vibration, abrasion, exhaust heat, and moving components.
- Confirm the AiM logger, dash, expansion module, connector, wiring, and channel configuration before ordering.
- Check the reading against a known-good reference during commissioning rather than assuming the displayed value is correct.
The current product record does not specify the connector, thread, calibration details, or pressure-medium limits, so those details must be confirmed for the intended installation.
Race Studio and AiM data workflow
Use the AiM Race Studio 3 Knowledge Hub for compatible channel configuration and data-analysis workflows. Visit AiM Downloads & Documentation for official live AiM software, firmware, and documentation sources.
Pressure sensor FAQ
What pressure range does this sensor cover?
The product is listed as a 0–10 bar pressure sensor.
What can it measure?
The listed applications are fuel pressure, oil pressure, water pressure, and boost pressure.
Does it work with every AiM system?
Compatibility depends on the connected AiM device, connector, wiring, calibration, and channel configuration. Confirm the exact system before ordering.
Are fittings and connector details included?
The current product record does not specify the connector, thread, or fitting details. Confirm the required installation hardware before purchase.
