What vehicles does this USB hub suit?

Can I charge a phone and an intercom at the same time?
Yes. The 4.2A output is shared across both ports and is sufficient to charge a phone and power or charge most intercom units simultaneously.

Is this waterproof?
The power connector is waterproof. The USB ports themselves are splash-resistant but not fully submersible — suitable for motorsport and off-road environments.
