Rugged Radios' wide-band quarter-wave off-road antenna aerial with shock spring has a wide dual-band width of 24 MHz in VHF and 100 MHz in UHF. The shock spring makes it the ideal best CB antenna for heavy-duty equipment and off-road vehicles.
Although not required, a the ground plane is recommended.
For optimal performance, cut and tune this antenna to a single specified frequency.
