Helmet airflow, not garment liquid cooling

The Quantum liquid-cooling kit previously linked from this page does not by itself establish a compatible helmet-air supply. Match the complete air system rather than assuming every Chillout cooler has the same function.

Plan hose routing and disconnection so the air supply does not interfere with communications cables, head movement, harnesses or driver exit. Follow the helmet and duct manufacturer’s fitting instructions. Do not drill, cut or modify the helmet shell without manufacturer-approved instructions.

Airflow can support comfort, but the duct alone does not guarantee prevention of visor fogging or overheating. Performance depends on air temperature, flow, hose restrictions and the helmet configuration.
