B-G Racing Steering Wheel & Brake Pedal Alignment Lock — BG5163

Hold the steering wheel at the straight-ahead reference and keep the brake pedal depressed while checking race-car geometry. The BG5163 combines two adjustable setup tools in one kit, helping a driver or engineer repeat an alignment procedure without a second person holding the controls. Confirm its fit and the safe lifting and securing procedure for your vehicle before use.

Steering Wheel Lock

Adjustable coated arms hold the steering wheel in a repeatable position for toe and steering checks. The listed height adjustment is 120–295 mm; check the cockpit and seat geometry of the actual car.

Brake Pedal Lock

Holds the brake pedal depressed during appropriate alignment work. It is not a substitute for stands, wheel chocks or the vehicle's safe working procedure. Check contact points before loading the pedal.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why lock the steering wheel during alignment?

A straight-ahead reference helps you take repeatable geometry readings. Check the steering is centred using the correct method for the vehicle; a lock does not itself calibrate the steering rack.

Why hold the brake pedal during setup?

Some alignment procedures call for the brake pedal to be held while making measurements. Follow the vehicle and equipment instructions, and secure the vehicle independently using appropriate stands and chocks.

Will this fit my car?

The listed steering-wheel lock height adjustment is 120–295 mm. Measure the actual seat, pedal and steering-wheel arrangement and check the contact points before ordering.
