The Schuberth SF4 is the pinnacle of the Schuberth race helmet range — carrying the FIA 8860-2018 homologation, the highest safety standard in motorsport and the certification required by Formula 1 and other top-tier series. Built from an autoclave-cured, hand-laid carbon fibre shell with 12 dedicated ventilation channels, it represents the absolute ceiling of what a circuit racing helmet can be. Available in New Zealand and Australia through Harris Race Radios®.
Who Needs the SF4?
The SF4 is required for competitors in series mandating FIA 8860-2018 — including Formula 1, Formula 2, Formula 3, and other top-tier FIA single-seater championships. If your series regulations specify FIA 8860-2018, this is the only Schuberth helmet that qualifies. For FIA 8859-2024 series, see the SP1 Carbon Evo SA2025.
