AiM MyChron 5 Battery Blanking Cover

If you're using the MyChron 5 External Power Cable to run your unit from a 12V battery, this genuine AiM cover screws over the back of the MyChron 5 (screws included) to neatly seal the space where the rechargeable battery would normally sit.

Before ordering

  • Confirm you're running your MyChron 5 on external power and don't need the rechargeable battery fitted.
  • Screws are supplied with the cover, so no separate hardware is needed.

What is this cover for?

It covers the back of a MyChron 5 where the rechargeable battery normally sits, for units that are permanently run on external power instead.

Do I need this if I still use the rechargeable battery?

No, this cover is only needed if you've removed the battery and are running exclusively on external power via the MyChron 5 External Power Cable.

Are screws included?

Yes, the screws needed to fit the cover are supplied.
