Quick Reference — Current Stilo Intercom Systems

Stilo DG-20

The current Stilo digital intercom flagship, superseding the DG-10. Programmable via the free DG-20 smartphone app (Android and Apple). Key controls:

  • Stage/Road mode: Selects between stage mode (blocks phone and radio) and road mode (enables Bluetooth phone and radio interface)
  • Noise cancellation: Set independently for driver and co-driver via dual digital filters — adjustable through the DG-20 app
  • Volume: Individual controls for driver and co-driver
  • Camera connection: RCA output for on-board camera recording
  • Radio interface: Input for team radio (road mode only)
  • USB-C port: Firmware updates via laptop
  • App: Download the DG-20 app (Android or Apple) for full configuration, saved profiles, and firmware updates

Stilo DG WL-10 Wireless Intercom

  • Noise cancellation levels: Press DIG button to select from 0 (low) to 4 (high) for both driver and co-driver independently
  • Volume adjustment: Use + or − to adjust; value displayed on WL-10
  • Stage/Road mode: Road mode enables Bluetooth phone connectivity; stage mode disables phone and radio
  • Wireless range: Up to 10 metres from intercom box

Stilo WL Key

  • Helmet pairing: Press ON button and helmet button for 8 seconds. Confirm pairing — LEDs flash blue
  • Push-to-talk (radio only): Red LEDs light up in road mode when PTT is activated
  • Mute function: Press − for 2 seconds to mute; any key to unmute
  • Charging: USB lead included — 5 hours talk time from full charge
