The Stilo ST5 Replacement Cheek Pads are the easiest way to refresh your helmet fit or fine-tune comfort in your ST5. Available in four thicknesses — 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 33mm, and 35mm — they let you dial in the perfect fit as your helmet breaks in or if your head shape changes over time.

Unlike standard foam pads, Stilo's EPS cheek pads provide genuine lateral impact protection as well as comfort, making them a functional safety upgrade, not just a comfort accessory. Sold as a pair.

Size Guide

Select your pad thickness based on your helmet shell size and desired fit. Thicker pads reduce internal volume for a snugger fit; thinner pads increase volume for a looser feel.

  • 55cm shell → 35mm pads
  • 57cm shell → 33mm pads
  • 59cm shell → 30mm pads
  • 61cm shell → 25mm pads
  • 63–64cm shell → 20mm pads

Will these fit my Stilo ST5?
Yes. These cheek pads are compatible with all Stilo ST5 helmet variants including the ST5F, ST5 GT, ST5 Carbon, ST5F N, and ST5 N Zero.
