What to Check in a Segway Setup
- Compatible Rugged Radios intercom, such as STX STEREO where suitable
- Radio selected for its actual certification and programming in the country of use; US-programmed and GMRS radios are not legal for NZ or AU operation. Ask us for an appropriate locally certified UHF CB radio, which we supply.
- Aerial mount matched to the exact Segway cage or accessories
- Radio mount, harness, antenna and connectors selected for the exact installation
Segway Powersports Aerial Mounts Explained
An aerial mount secures the antenna to a suitable point on the vehicle. Universal cage-rail mounts may be an option; confirm tube size, clearances, cable routing and antenna compatibility for your particular Segway rather than assuming every bracket fits.
