All you need to do is return the product/s to us in the same condition that you received it in and we’ll exchange or refund the item/s within 60 days of placing your order. If you need to exchange the item for another size we’ll send the exchange back to you completely free and on us but there will be an additional freight charge to re-send the correct items back to you.
Full Priced Items can be exchange, Credited or refunded. All Sale and Clearance Items can be exchanged or credited but no refunds will be offered.
Items that are indent only will not be accepted back for a refund because these items are not a stockline for Harris Technology Ltd.
Simply return your purchase to our store in-person or by the post (Address below). We will inspect the goods to ensure they are in their original condition with all tags attached.

The item/s and its packaging must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it. So when returning anything packaged please pack the item inside a satchel or another box and do not attach anything to the original products packaging as your return might not be accepted.
Underwear: Harris Technology Ltd will not accept any returns on underwear due to hygiene reasons unless the packaging is completely unopened.
Earpieces: Harris Technology Ltd will not accept any returns on any earpieces due to hygiene reasons.
FAULTY ITEM RETURNS
All repairs will be carried out by the supplier or Harris race radios. Some items might not be repairable and a replacement or refund will be offered.
Manufacturer warranty periods and the availability of items for replacement are at the manufacturer’s discretion and out of Harris Technology Ltd and Harris Race Radios control. We will do our best to ensure we get a quick repair, replacement or refund for you and we will keep you completely informed during the process.
Return the item to our postal address above with a copy of the invoice and we’ll contact you ASAP and start the process.
