It is a motorsport-grade data acquisition camera that records 1080p60 video and simultaneously overlays live data — speed, RPM, gear position, G-force, lap time, and GPS track map — directly onto the footage in real time. 1080p60 with Global Shutter CMOS
Full HD 1920×1080 at 60 frames per second. The global shutter CMOS sensor eliminates the “wave effect” caused by engine vibration — a common problem with consumer cameras at high RPM.
Automatic Track Recognition
SmartyCam 3 GP automatically identifies the circuit, plots the track map, and records lap numbers, lap times, and rolling times without manual configuration.
CAN Bus Integration
Two CAN channels: one for AiM logger/dash integration, one dedicated to ECU connection with over 2,000 supported protocols. SmartyCam 3 GP can operate as a CAN master or slave in an AiM network.
IP65 Motorsport Construction
