Yamaha Model Options
- YXZ1000R and YXZ1000R SS — ask about STX STEREO, Bluetooth intercom and dash-mount options with suitable cage aerial brackets.
- RMAX2 1000 — check two-seat intercom and mounting fitment for your exact vehicle.
- RMAX4 1000 — ask about four-seat intercom wiring and matching mounts.
Building the Right Kit
Depending on the selected product, a Yamaha setup may use an STX STEREO or other suitable intercom, radio, cage-rail aerial bracket, dash or console radio mount, harness, antenna and cabling. Check each product listing for what is actually included and confirm the cage size, connector type, cable route and installation clearances. Bluetooth music and phone features on a compatible STX STEREO intercom do not change the radio's legal operating requirements.
For NZ or AU UHF CB operation, ask us for an appropriate locally certified CB radio, which we supply. Check the exact radio's certification, programming and applicable operating rules for the country of use. US-programmed and GMRS radios are not legal for NZ or AU operation. Do not assume GMR25, GMR45 or M1 Race Series models are locally certified CB radios from a collection description.
Yamaha Aerial Mounts
A cage-rail or roof-rail bracket may position the antenna above the UTV, subject to vehicle fit and clearance. Confirm tube size, bracket, antenna connector and cable routing; not every Yamaha configuration can be assumed to fit without drilling.
