Depending on the product, you may need an intercom, suitable radio, antenna and mount, compatible headset or helmet kit, wiring and connectors. Check the individual listing for what is included. Neither an aerial bracket nor a complete radio is included with every item, and installation may require vehicle-specific work. Check connector type and cage geometry before ordering.
NZ and AU radio guidance
US-programmed and GMRS radios are not legal to operate in New Zealand or Australia. Do not mistake a US off-road GMRS kit for an NZ/AU UHF CB system. For local use, choose an NZ- or AU-certified CB radio appropriate to your country, which Harris Race Radios™ supplies. Rex Harris is an official New Zealand RSM Approved Radio Certifier and also has an Australian ACMA radio-certifier role. Ask him to check the exact radio model, local certification, frequencies, programming and intended use. A vehicle kit does not by itself establish legal operation.

Does every kit include an aerial mount?
No blanket inclusion applies. Check the selected listing for its bracket, antenna, cabling and connector contents.
Are US GMRS Rugged Radios kits legal in Australia and New Zealand?
No. US-programmed and GMRS radios must not be used as though they were locally approved UHF CB units. We supply NZ- and AU-certified CB radios; ask Rex to identify the appropriate radio for your country and setup.
Can I add Bluetooth music streaming?
Check whether your chosen intercom supports Bluetooth and whether it is included in the selected kit.
