AiM MX Range

The AiM MX range is full of dashes for your motorsport needs. This range includes the MXm, MXG, MX2E, MX Strada, MXL2, MXP, and the MXS1.2. This page gives a brief description of each device.

Aim MXm

AiM MXm data dash samples data coming from your ECU, the internal GPS, accelerometer and gyro, analog/digital inputs and predefined math channels. The AiM MXm features a 5 LED shift light array. Choose from a host of advanced multi-coloured RGB shift light patterns that can be customised to your liking, and for each unique gear when required. MXm also features two fully configurable RGB alarm LEDs, where you can choose the conditions which turn them on/off, their colour, select a solid alarm – or flashing one – and the flashing frequency.

Aim MXG 1.2

Aim MXG 1.2 is the new dash logger designed to acquire and display data coming from your engine ECU, the internal accelerometer, gyro, and from the GPS Module included in the kit. Analog/digital inputs and predefined math channels.
Performance and data acquired can also be incremented adding up to eight expansion modules. The only difference between the  two is the MXS is a compact 5″ display and Aim MXG 1.2 is a 7″ display, a better fit for wide cockpit installations.

Aim MXS 1.2 

Aim MXS 1.2, the evolution of MXS, is the dash logger designed to acquire and display data coming from your ECU, the internal accelerometer and gyro, as well as from the GPS08 Module included in the kit, analog / digital inputs and predefined math channels. Performance and data acquired can also be incremented adding up to eight expansion modules. Its 5″ display has been specifically designed for installation in small cockpits.

Aim MXL2

The Aim MXL2 is the new dash logger that provides all the data needed by professional race drivers to monitor the performance of the car and their driving style. The product has been designed to make configuration and usage easy for any level of driver.
Aim MXL2 acquires and displays data from your engine ECU, the internal accelerometer and gyro, as well as from the GPS module included in the kit, analog / digital inputs.

Aim MXP

The Aim MXP offers 50% more display area than the 5″ MXS display, in a similar dimension. The dash logger has an integrated shift array, configurable multicolor alarms, drag and drop multi page configuration, Wi-Fi and USB connectivity, GPS Module, inertial platform, analog and digital inputs, digital outputs, Motorsport connectors, 4 GB of internal memory, 1,000Hz per channel sampling and support for over 1,000 ECU connections.
MXP samples data coming from your ECU, the GPS Module, the 9 axis inertial platform (accelerometer, gyro and magnetometer), 8 fully configurable analog inputs, 6 digital inputs, predefined math channels, and second CAN. Performance and data acquired can also be incremented, adding up to eight expansion modules.
MXP is also available in its STRADA version, a dash for road use, with similar characteristics but without the logging feature.

Aim MXP Strada 

Aim MXP Strada is the evolution of the MXP Strada which is a 6″ TFT color display with great visual impact. It is configurable to show lap times and all the info coming from the Engine Control Unit like analog/digital inputs, pre-defined math channels and optionally, the GPS08 Module.
There is two versions:

AiM MX2E Dash for Lotus

The brand new Plug & Play Dash Logger kit specifically designed for Lotus Elise/Exige (2011-2019).

Featuring an ad-hoc engineered cluster in the kit, with 4 integrated buttons, MX2E Lotus is designed to be easily installed on the Elise and Exige models produced in the years 2011-2019 and it’s fully Plug & Play.

✔️ Lap Timing and Data Logging for the Track
MX2E, indeed, samples data straight from the ECU and from the external GPS Module which is connected to a CAN bus for a more reliable and precise tracking. Once data has been gathered, download it via wi-fi, in order to analyze it and improve your performance, with the same, powerful AiM Software that so many professional racing teams use in all the tracks of the world.

✔️ Road and Track: choose your display
AiM MX2E features 2 custom displays, for track or road usage, both with an analog and digital design. Fuel level and so the other icons will be kept in both road and track layouts, which can be shift from one to an other easily and quickly, even while you’re driving.

✔️ Camera inputs for mirror camera
Two analog camera inputs are available, to swap your display into a mirror camera, through push-button command or event management.

MXS Strada 

MXS Strada is the evolution of MXL Strada, one of the most widely used dashes on tracks and streets all over the world.

MXS Strada is a 5″ colour display with great visual impact, configurable to show lap times and all the info coming from the Engine Control Unit, analog/digital inputs, pre-defined math channels and – optionally – the GPS Module.

Its data sampling capability can also be incremented adding up to eight expansion modules.
MXS Strada is a high contrast TFT display: its visual quality is always optimal as its ambient light sensor keeps the backlight at the best brightness levels.

This version of the dash includes the “Street Icons” needed by street users (fuel, oil, water temp., etc.). MXS Strada is also available in a version without icons. Please refer to MXS Strada Standard separately.

MXS Strada shows, together with RPM scale, all the data you need, like speed, water temperature and oil pressure, laptimes and much more…

You can choose the custom pages you wish among a wide library of page styles, defining which data to be shown, their end of scale and measure units. Swapping between pages is quite easy using the push buttons. This device comes with a 14 pin standard harness.

This Strada is available in logging and no logging.
